Application
Suitable as a base sheet over timber or thermal insulation, as well as over old, failed membranes. Particularly suited as a base sheet for heat sensitive substrates in multi-layer torch applied bitumen membrane systems.
Description
Proofex Torchseal A300 is a base sheet for torch-on membrane systems manufactured by co-extrusion of a polymer-bitumen compound and a non-woven polyester reinforcement. Features and benefits include:
- Mechanically fastened.
- Allows for vapour to escape through a micro air space between membrane and substrate.
- Manufactured with a selvage edge for a continuous waterproofing.
- Excellent cold flexibility (-10°C).
