Manufacturer guidance

Simply choose required thickness of Intuspan, compress it, push it into the gap then release so that it expands to fill the gap. Butt up the next length of Intuspan to it and continue along to fill the full length of the gap. Cut to length at floor junctions as you go using a long bladed Stanley knife, until all of the gaps are completely sealed.
