Application

Large and small industrial buildings, either as a new installation or a replacement. Designed to withstand extreme environments. Can be used for:

  • Exhausting pit gases, including methane and sulphur dioxide.
  • Minimizing condensation under metal roofs.
  • Removing chlorine fumes from above enclosed swimming pools.
  • Industrial ventilation.

Description

Wind driven turbo industrial roof ventilator, operated by exhausting stale inside air through the vanes via wind rotation, boosting the natural inward flow of air during this process. Some of its features include:

  • Available in a range of sizes to suit multiple applications.
  • Reliable, strong aluminium construction.
  • Low installation and running costs.
  • High capacity output per vent due to the angle of the vanes.
  • Provides both air circulation and the ability to keep temperatures at a comfortable level.
  • Maintenance free.
  • The stainless steel bearings are fully enclosed and self-lubricating in a stainless steel, double row casing.
  • Two-part shaft system comprises an anti-corrosive steel axle, fully sealed in a fire resistant nylon casing. This casing ensures the original alignment of head and axle is always maintained, even after receiving wind pressure stress.
  • Bearing assembly provides low friction with minimal drag, resulting in a longer lifespan.
  • Low profile design and straight vanes provide an aesthetically pleasing roof space.

Installation should follow SAA HB39 guidelines where applicable.
