Application
To provide a cementitious key coat and bonding bridge on permanent form-work i.e. Dincel, Rediwall, Rise products, Permaform, and Zeggo, as well as non-porous surfaces such as (powder coated) metal, PVC, Excellent base for the application of renders, paints, tiles, and stonework.
Description
A one-component cement-based mortar. Once mixed only with water, it provides a high-performance flexible key coat
bonding bridge for application to non-porous substrates. Some features include:
- Provides a base coating suitable for substrates subject to thermal movement.
- Environmentally friendly and suitable for application in poorly ventilated areas.
- Acts as an anti-fracture membrane between the substrate and other finishing coats.
- Does not require primer, scuffing or sandblasting.
- Up to 15 years life expectancy (depending on application area and usage).
- Comes as a grey powder, that turns dark grey once applied and cured.
- Has a textured finish when applied by a texture roller.
- Tested in accordance ASNZ1530.3.1999 with results of:-
- Ignitability index (0-20):- result = 0
- Spread of Flame index (0-20):- result = 0
- Heat Evolved index (0-10):- result = 0
- Smoke developed index (0-10):- result = 3
