For complete basement waterproofing. Combination of Markham colloidal silica hydrogel treatments with the technology of delayed-swell gaskets, that includes:
- Hydrogel admixtures, an advanced waterproofing admixtures.
- Aquron 2000 Hydrogel, an advanced hydrogel waterproofing sealer.
- Conqor waterstops, a controlled expansion waterstop gaskets.
Description
BASE-TECT is a systematic approach to basement waterproofing, by waterproofing the concrete itself. Combination of Markham colloidal silica hydrogel treatments with the technology of delayed-swell gaskets, a holistic three-pronged approach bundled into a single readily specifiable package. A membrane is not required, giving the BASE-TECT system a significant cost benefit. Some of its significant features include:
