Description

Interfine® 878 is a high performance acrylic polysiloxane coating system with superior gloss and colour retention. Some of its features include:

  • High solids mixture which contains no free isocyanates.
  • Superior colour and finish retention.
  • Improved yellowing and chalking resistance.
  • Affords extended lifetime to first maintenance when utilized as part of a high performance anticorrosive system.

Surface material
Steel surfaces should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000, followed by abrasive blast cleaning to achieve Sa2½ in accordance with ISO 8501-1:2007. Refer to International Protective Coatings for full surface preparation requirements prior to commencement of work.
