For soffits and walls derived from off-form concrete, tilt panel, render (can be smooth or stipple finish):

• 1st coat: Baxta Concrete Patch.
• 2nd coat: Baxta Solvent Surface Primer.
• 3rd coat: Baxta Maxicap Elastomeric.
• 4th coat: Baxta Maxicap Elastomeric.

For soffits and walls derived from off-form concrete and tilt panel (sponge finish):

• 1st coat: Baxta Concrete Patch.
• 2nd coat: Baxta Key Coat.
• 3rd coat: Baxta Screeded Level Render.
• 4th coat: Baxta Maxicap Elastomeric.
• 5th coat: Baxta Maxicap Elastomeric.

For walls with brick and masonry block render:

• 1st coat: Baxta Screeded Level Render. 
• 2nd coat: Baxta CovaCoat Primer.
• 3rd coat: Baxta Maxicap Elastometric.

For walls with off-form concrete and tilt panel:

• 1st coat: Baxta Key Coat.

Maxicap Elastomeric Paint is a pure acrylic, matt finish, high performance elastomeric coating designed to be applied by brush, roller or spray. Its vapour permeability is carefully controlled to form a barrier to external moisture.
