FLOOR-TECT™ is designed and installed system for commercial concrete slabs that have resilient and direct stick floor coverings over top.
A systematic approach to concrete slab curing and moisture control. Combination of MARKHAM’s colloidal silica hydrogel treatments with concrete and construction, a holistic approach to curing slab, sealing slab and enhancing slab. Some of its significant features include:
- Reduce risk both product supplier, and installer of the system.
- Code compliant moisture control system with AS 1884:2021 under resilient flooring.
- Cost effective and long-term durability.
- Flexible options. Suits all slab designs and all adhesives and subsequent flooring systems that are formulated for the use on concrete.
